Bizzywebs is an online trading name of J.Tanner.
Bizzywebs design websites for small businesses using flash based technology. Whilst Bizzywebs will do their best to include keywords and metadata which will encourage search engines to find the site Bizzywebs cannot be held responsible for the site's position in search engine rankings. Sites will be submitted to the 3 major search engines manually but it still takes time for the search engines to find new sites. We strongly recommend advertising and marketing strategies if it is vital your site is seen in the early days. Even good website design cannot replace good marketing or business plans. Bizzywebs will design a website according to the clients brief within 3 weeks. However, if the client changes the brief during this 3 weeks then the delivery time will increase. If the finished site is not approved by the client Bizzywebs will revise the site no more than 3 times before final payment will be due and the site will be launched as it stands. Any work which is considered to be more than than shown in the basic or basic plus packages will be quoted as an extra, before work, and must be approved before work proceeds.
Bizzywebs require 50% deposit on order and the remainder within 2 days of receipt of a paypal invoice from Bizzywebs (J.Tanner). If payment is not received within this time the site will be suspended until full payment is received and cleared.
Customers should ensure that Bizzywebs have all the necessary information required to create the website on ordering. All photographs should be provided to Bizzywebs as JPEG files, either by email or on disc. If Bizzywebs are required to use photographs on manufacturers websites all permissions must be obtained and approved by the client before Bizzywebs begin work. Bizzywebs reserve the right to place reciprocal links to their other sites on the links page of your site. Bizzywebs reserve the right to place a small link to this website on your home page.
Bizzywebs will make small adjustments to the newly launched site up to one month from launch, free of charge. This includes replacing photographs, wording etc up to approximately 2 hours of work. After the first month, adjustments will be charged as detailed on the options page. Hosting fees and the cost to register your chosen domain name (if available) will be included in the fees as shown on the options page. After a year the cost of hosting and renewing the domain (if applicable) will be invoiced to you and again should be settled within 3 days of invoice. If the amounts are not forthcoming you will be given the option of taking over the site to maintain it yourself for a one off fee of £50 and you will also be required to renew the hosting fees and domain renewal (if applicable), or alternatively the site will be locked and you will need to settle the hosting fees and domain renewal (if applicable). If after one year you do not wish to renew the hosting the site may be removed with no further fees.
Bizzywebs offer 20% discount if the site is allowed to display GoogleAds on behalf of Bizzywebs. All proceeds from the GoogleAds rental of the site space will go to Bizzywebs and Googleads must remain on the site for 6 months, even if the client assumes control of the site before that time. You will see GoogleAds on this site. These may well be related to the clients own business although it is possible to disallow certain website addresses if required.
